    Yes, it is suggested that you turn on your GPS throughout the ride. It makes it easier for us to track the ride and ensure you're safe.

  • How do I topup Tootle Balance with money?

    On your profile section, you can find a small label ‘topup your balance’. Click on it. Then, you’ll be redirected to a screen where you can choose to topup your balance via Khalti or Esewa.

  • Can I use same mobile number in both Tootle client app and Tootle partner app?

    Yes, you can use same mobile number to use both the app. However, the process to signup are different. If you have signed up only in Tootle app, do not expect the same account to work in Tootle partner app. You have to signup again for Tootle partner app following the required procedures even if you use the same mobile number.

  • How do I register as a Tootle Partner?

    You can download the Tootle Partner app on your phone and fill in the required details. After that, you will have to visit our office for verification. After getting verified, you can work as a Tootle Partner officially.

  • Do I need to visit your office to be registered as a partner?

    Yes. you will only be verified once you visit our office and attend the training session.

  • How do I get rides?

    Firstly, you need to switch your status from online to offline. Then, if a user nearby your location books a ride, you’ll receive a notification. You will be provided 15 seconds to accept the ride.

  • How much can I earn per day from Tootle Partner?

    It solely depends upon the number of rides you take on a daily basis.

  • How do I book a trip with Tootle ?

    Firstly, you will have to download the Tootle app on your phone and sign up with your details. Then you can search the destination you want to reach and click on the ‘Let’s Tootle’ option. Your ride will be directed to the nearest Tootle Partner from your location and s/he will pick you up.

  • Do I need the internet to access Tootle?

    Yes, you need to connect to the internet in order to access the Tootle app.

  • How do I pay for my ride?

    As of now, you can pay for a ride either by cash or by Tootle balance. You are allowed with the option to choose between these two before confirming your ride.
